Industrial Wood Technology 1 (Period 1)

Students enrolled in this class will engage in an instructional environment where academic and technical preparation will focus on career awareness, career exploration and skill preparation in woodworking. The knowledge and skills emphasized in this class will include written and manufacturing activities. Within these educational exercises students will develop essential cognitive abilities, inter/intrapersonal communication skills, and work to compliment gross motor function with fine motor skill.
