Hello!

My name is Daniel Jackson and I am a science teacher at San Jacinto High School. I am originally from Los Angeles but spent most of my life in the Inland Empire. I started teaching at San Jacinto High School as a biology teacher after graduating from the University of Redlands with my teaching credential. The California State University system was where I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition, and a Master of Science Degree in Secondary Education.

During my second year at San Jacinto High School I had the privilege of being involved in the launch of a new STEM program developed by the Project Lead The Way (PLTW) network. The PLTW Biomedical Science Program is an amazing opportunity for students interested in becoming doctors, nurses, engineers, detectives, or any other profession that demands intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills. I thoroughly enjoy teaching these courses and love seeing students become invested in their science education. Please visit the Classes section below for more information about specific PLTW courses.

Thank you for taking the time to learn a bit about me, please stop by room 505 if you would like to know more!
