College Kickoff is sponsored by RCOE and is one of many countywide initiatives aimed at taking a more proactive approach to preparing TK-12th grade students for post-secondary goals!
Oct 21st-25th from 8:30am-11:13am (end of Flex) in the SJHS Gym based on students' English Teacher, where students will be rotating through stations focusing on college/financial aid/scholarship applications. Our counseling staff will also be hosting an Application Workshop on Friday, October 25th in the Counseling Center all day! If you have some free time you can come check it out and/or assist students on their applications!
If seniors submit a college application, scholarship and/or create their financial aid ID (username/password) during their assigned College Kickoff day, they will get entered into a raffle for prizes which include graduation tickets, gift cards, t-shirts, and tiger gear, and more!
