San Jacinto High School Community Service
Students: Please fill the community service hours form after each community service event where you earned community service hours. Please remember that the graduation requirement is 40 hours of community service.
MUST BE FOR A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION: We CANNOT ACCEPT service to a BUSINESS OR PRIVATE PERSON. Community Service-Volunteer Work - No money or credit; not for a member of your family; can be for more than one organization. Community Service form must be signed off by an adult at the agency. Fill out the form completely. Phone number of agency is required.
***DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC: We will accept chores done at home and signed off by parent.***
