Wood Tech students Roman and I (Richard) job shadowed at Reeves Enterprises in La Verne, California with the Vice President Brad Reeves. We arrived prepared having the previous day observed installation of a SCM morbidelli x200 nesting cell machine at Excel Cabinets in Corona, California. We then learned how those adjustments support cutting profiles, holes, and grooves in parametric cabinet design using G-Code. The Code is created with Cabinet Vision, a computer automated drafting and manufacturing program that creates all the project paperwork for a job. This is what is used at Reeves to support a fully integrated screen to machine operation.
