Hispanic Heritage Month

During National Hispanic Heritage Month (September 15 to October 15) we recognize the contributions made and the important presence of Hispanic and Latino individuals to the United States. During this time SJHS welcomes you to celebrate our heritage and culture.

Join San Jacinto High School's School Site Council

Parents/Guardians/Community Members, please fill out the attached form if you would like to join our School Site Council. We meet at least 4 times throughout the year (virtually for now) and make decisions on our school budget. We definitely need parent input! Please submit the form no later than October 2, 2020.

Patriot Day

Patriot Day, officially known as National Day of Service and Remembrance, is observed every September 11th in honor of the individuals who lost their lives as a result of terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001. Please see the excellent job our ASB and AFJROTC students did to honor this day. A special thanks goes to Mr. Temple, one of our teachers here at San Jacinto HS who did the video recording!

Letter to Students and Parents

We hope you are staying safe and healthy during this challenging time. Thank you for your continued patience and resilience with the changes we are experiencing in education with the opening of a school year-- completely unlike any other. We recognize the uncertainty you and your students may be feeling. Please know that our entire SJHS staff is working diligently to welcome students and families on August 17, 2020, to the virtual (online) school year. We are all so excited to be back and to see our students on Monday morning! (Continued)
