Creative Digital Media

Welcome to Creative Digital Media! In this exciting course, we will explore the vast world of digital media and how it influences our daily lives. We will dive into various aspects of digital media, including graphic design, photography, video production, social media, and more.  Throughout this course, you will have the opportunity to express your creativity and develop your technical skills. We will work on various projects that will allow you to apply what you've learned and create your own unique digital content.  We will also discuss the importance of digital citizenship and how to use digital media responsibly. This includes understanding the impact of our digital footprints, respecting others' work and ideas, and using digital media to positively influence our world.  This CTE Pathway is designed to provide students technical skills within the Creative Digital Media platform, provide career readiness, work-based learning objectives and professional certifications in the digital world. Our CTE Arts, Media, and Entertainment program offers a dynamic and creative curriculum that explores various aspects of the arts and entertainment industry. Students are exposed to a wide range of disciplines such as visual arts, graphic design, videography, photography, and digital media. The program provides hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and technologies, allowing students to develop their artistic talents and technical skills. Students may have opportunities to collaborate on projects, participate in performances or exhibitions, and gain real-world experience through internships or partnerships with local arts organizations and businesses. Furthermore, upon the completion of our 2 year program students will be able to get Adobe Certified through or Adobe partnership for FREE. This program helps students cultivate their creativity, express their artistic vision, and explore potential career pathways in the arts, media, and entertainment fields.

With years of experience in education and a background in photography and graphic design, I have witnessed firsthand the power of digital media to unlock endless possibilities for artistic expression and innovation. Whether you are designing a stunning graphic, producing a captivating video, or creating an impactful social media campaign, the potential for creativity knows no bounds.
